  1. Family Counseling
Is there a family situation that has had a negative impact on your family's well-being? Do the people in your family struggle to communicate effectively? If so, family therapy may help. Family therapy can bring about change within your home resulting in everyone feeling more connected and experiencing stronger relationships.
  2. Trauma Therapy
Have you or someone in your family gone through a devastating event? If so, a direct approach to help overcome the traumatic experience is the best approach. Our therapists are trained in various trauma informed treatment models. We can help you learn to cope and gradually get to a place of healing and wellness.
  3. Custody Evaluations
Custody Evaluations must be ordered by a court. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the parents/caretakers and children to make a recommendation to the court regarding custody and visitation.
  4. Play Therapy
Play Therapy allows children to learn to communicate, express feelings, change behaviors, and develop problem-solving skills. Play Therapy offers children with an opportunity to work through life struggles by using their most natural form of expression, Play. To learn more about Play Therapy, visit the Association for Play Therapy website at www.a4pt.com.
  5. Individual Counseling
One-on-one sessions with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment can help people to reach their personal goals. Whether the person suffers from mental illness such as depression or anxiety or just simply wants support to reach a space of personal wellness, individual counseling can help.
