Children have a spirit of wonder, curiosity and connection that inspires my own approach to therapy. I strive to meet children and adolescents on their level and provide them with a safe space to communicate and process feelings through play, expressive arts, movement and music. Through my work with youth, I’ve also come to appreciate the powerful role of attachment and strong family bonds in overcoming life difficulties. I deeply value working with families as a unit and I place an emphasis on the enhancement of family bonds through attachment work between child and parent.
