Abigail is an Associate Professional Counselor and is passionate about seeing people heal, grow and thrive in their daily lives. She uses a person-centered approach with each client to encourage and support them in their healing journey. She has worked extensively with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma, such as, abuse, and violence. Abigail is fully trained in working with trauma via Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Flash. In addition, Abigail continues to extend her trauma-based tools with further trainings including working with families and children in trauma and using Art with EMDR.

Abigail walks alongside those who are deeply hurting and in need of healing and help. Whether it is a young child, teen, parent who needs some coaching, or the average person who just needs to process out loud in a safe place. Abigail has lived in South Korea and Lebanon where she worked as an elementary school teacher and then in Kenya where she worked as a counselor. With 10+ years of experience with various cultures, ages, and struggles she believes that there is always hope and that change is possible. Abigail is under supervision with Brandy Rogers, LPC, RPT-S, CPCS
